At Mystroylics Creations, every product is handcrafted with creativity and care. Since many of our items are handmade and custom-designed, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the crafting, printing, or packaging process has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
Products such as resin art, handmade trays, fridge magnets, mini canvas art, pooja thalis, and customized creations are handcrafted individually. Due to the artistic and handmade nature of these products, slight variations in colour, texture, or design may occur and are not considered defects.

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted. After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund if eligible.
